Origin

This Pouilly-Loché Vieilles Vignes, harvested at the locality "Les Barres", comes from a selection of plots from our best terroirs of Pouilly-Loché.

Intense on very present mineral notes, exotic aromas and ripe fruit.

Concentrated and powerful. The aromas are pure, fine and the finish has a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Serve with monkfish à l’armoricaine, poultry in sauce.

ABV: 14%

Ageing: 5 to 10 years

Serve between: 10 and 12°C
