Origin

This Viré-Clessé is produced on clay-limestone soils, with east/south-east exposure.

Bright gold with pale green reflections.

Powerful and mineral, expressing aromas of white fruits.

Nice roundness and great suppleness which accompany flavours that are still mineral and slightly lemony.

Goes well with fish, white meats, goat cheeses or simply as an aperitif.

ABV: 13%

Ageing: 2 to 5 years

Serve between: 11 and 13°C
