This Pouilly-Fuissé vinified and matured for 9 months in acacia barrels will surprise you with its great aromatic finesse.
Colour:
Yellow gold.
Nose:
Association of notes of white flowers of acacia and linden. Subtly woody, whilst very elegant.
Taste:
Full and supple with floral notes, candied fruit and a honey mingle and continuing with a certain finesse.
Food-wine pairings:
It is very well with white meat dishes. With its aromatic power, it also complements exotic dishes with touches of sweet, sour and spice.
